Absolutely without a doubt the worst place in America to live. Property taxes are the highest in the State 3.76 % of value. If you have the misfortune of working in Chicago the train takes 96 min and driving takes 2-3 hours each way . The local government is very stupid and has no traffic plans(2 lane roads). Plus the area is full of punks wandering around getting into trouble and the hillbilly police deparment is inept.

Dear Scott, I feel like YOU Sir are the inane one. You are absolutely incorrect, you obviously have not been in Round Lake long enough to realize the great people that live here. And on a side not, not everyone is perfect Sir. Thank you for your time.
